football season is almost here!  I can almost taste the grilled burgers and dogs, the salty potato chips, and sweet tea. 
Football season is upon us once again, so start thinking about your pre-season favorites.  Post them the first of August to see who is favored local, statewide and nationally.

It’s a sad week for sports fans.  Mississippi native and NFL Quarterback, Steve McNair is gone.  In what most speculate a murder-suicide, McNair was shot and killed.  It is tragic. untimely. senseless. confusing. heartbreaking.
