Ahh it’s that time of the year…the air is crisp, the sky is blue, and football is being played on a field near you. (yeah, I rhyme so what?)
With last weekend’s epic Ole Miss victory over Florida and the televised South Panola and Olive Branch game this weekend, Fall Football season has finally arrived. Conference play is beginning, teams are starting to stand out, the MLB playoffs have begun and…our country is on the disabled list.
There’s nothing like a great game to bail you out of financial misery or economic uncertainty. The only thing that gives us real hope is football. Go grab yourself a hot chocolate, a funnel cake and enjoy life.
Watch “change” happen on the football field as Top 25 teams lose on Thursday nights (umm, USC) and others clinch a place in the Top 25 for the first time in over 25 years (yes, Vanderbilt). Can you belive they’re the College Game Day of the week?!
